Yes correct port selected, i try on 3 phones some times read some info but end with same error or soft freeze after read imei point.

After downgrade soft to 9.43 all work ok.

I dont ask for more money after getting my salary either. I did not know there are cracked versions available. I paid full price for the box and so paying again for every single unlock through server doesn't make sense and there should be a better way to stop cracked boxes rather than charging millions of genuine buyers.

How problem use our box with credits ? You can unlock all phones without credits exclude TMB models. We can't support TMB 2 weeks before, how you use our software?

This read error comes up often, sometime reads but most of the time does not.
Tried on several different computers, with the latest drivers installed, phone connected directly to usb port, but same thing. I've noticed it happens most often on the Sprint LSxxx series with the latest firmware.
