mr blang i have brought new z3x box now getting error when i cilck on
update frimware its goes on only 10% only and stop here is the scren shot

and page goes hang so pls pls hlp me sir thanks in andvance ..............

after installing the new update my box refused to run normally. always saying card not found. I am using window 7 32 bit. I have checked the device manager, everything is well drive even the smart card is showing on the device manager but when I checked for properties it shows "no drivers are installed for this device" I tried to update the firmware but it is showing card not connected. I am confused, does it mean that my box is damaged or what? please my Blang help me out. thanks

i hvae also the same problem 1st my box was working fine. i try to update the box frimware 2.2 version because my card frimware version was old so i try to update it 1st time its goes up to 95 % and light was gone now i try to up date again now show this error here is the screen shot

I have done that already but the problem is still there. I remove the card and put BEST card in it and open BEST software, it worked fine. I put the z3x card in BEST card reader and it didnt work. The device manager shows the z3x card as a generic smart card but I check the properties, it says no driver file installed for this device. I have installed all the drivers posted in this forum. I just dont understand this problem.

Please team z3x what do I do next. I have installed all the drivers found on this forum all to no avail. the card always appear in the device manager as a generic smart card but if I check the properties it shows no driver file installed for this device. I have bought a new system, window 7 32 bit, and installed a fresh copy of the software with the drivers but it got me no where. Always card not found. Pls what is the next step. Looking forward to a lasting solution.

after that if you open the programme you will see card not found ? pls can some one tell me the proplem
