NFF cannot open

i'd followed all instruction above, except installing new windows. but still not work.. n NFF still can't opened..
please don't suggested.. TO INSTALLING WINDOWS AGAIN it's wasting time for installing all application n software again..

PLEASE NFF-TEAM, REPAIR THIS SOFTWARE FOR US, SO WE CAN USE N INSTALLING NFF TOO EASY WITHOUT CONFLICT WITH ELSE, LIKE ANOTHER SMART CARD THAT'S ALLREADY USED.

many many people have installed sucessfuly without any problems
do u have icq or msn ?
also can u make screen shot of your device manager and NFF folder?

i got one idea,

can i use other egate reader, like jaf pkey or cruiser,etc

because i got jaf pkey and cruiser,

just see that can solve the problem or not..

first disconnect the setool and then connect the nff box and run nff.exe.

to all please note :

1) There are 2 type of card readers 1) Egate 2) Non egate
NFF uses Egate card reader
setool , cruiser, also use egate card reader

JAF Pkey use NON EGATE Card reader so , pkey reader will not be used with NFF

Use the reader supplyed by your reseller only

yup, i'm using pkey reader supplied by my reseller,

nff not open problem, any solution?

contact your resellers and ask them to change your dongle
may be your dongle not programed correctly
also contact me so that i can help you get your replacement faster

oh my ***, need send back to reseller.

on different computer( new installation of windows) not problem,

nff can open..

the problem is my computer is already installed infinity egate driver, setool egate. so that why i cant open nff program

ok . so u can open NFF succesfuly ,,, congrats
for PC , where already seotol installed, try to uninstall drivers of egate, just connect NFF Dongle and install driver
if still not work , then u have to use NFF on new windoes for some time

after uninstalling jaf, mxkey, cruiser, setool, n also e-gate driver..
n now i only have ub, ufs, n nff application in my computer.
but if i run nff, i got these report..

n i still have problem, my NFF CANNOT OPEN, now what should i do, sir except installing new windows.
