tired,verytired.i checked it old version fine.but when i installed new version it not open,remove e-gate driver,change all port try all posibilities but unsuccess.try tomorrow on another pc and post again.but this is serious bug.pls supporter fix this and pls update something new.

kindly solve my problem when i install nff set up exe file it finish ok but when open i set up it dissappear in 2 or 3 seconds kindly solve my problem yesterday i buy this dongle

i have also problem not open.only 1st time when i purchase nff its works for one day.but after that day i tried many time but not success.tomorrow last time i'll try to uninstall all egate driver and check .post result tomorrow.

All New updates will work only after your dongle is upgraded
dongle upgrade tool and new software is in support area

Smart card API error is driver problem
please uninstall old egate drivers,
connect NFF box , and when it detects new hardware
select egate drivers
