But what stream quality are you getting with your version of MobiTV. I am just wondering if the version I am using is as good as it gets... I get about 2 frames per second-- so it is quite choppy. How is yours?

my device used to sync right but after a while, it just stopped and wouldnt do it anymore. i upgraded to pTunes 4.0 and it seems the problem was solved. i havent tried sending music to my device using WMP, but when i have media player open and my treo connected, it recognizes my treo. so im assuming it would work with pTunes 4.0

The ROMtool instructions I posted earlier were based on the Sprint (CDMA) firmware...
GSM/CDMA makes no difference when editing the ROM as long as you're not modifying the cellular components of the OS (which you obviously shouldn't be doing).

oh crap i just read that there is no ROM tool for treo 700p....?
It is quite easy . As for removing Versamail, please refer to the PDFs I posted -- unless you have a 700p; then you won't be having any fun with this.

Did you remove Blazer? I have removed everything (VersaMail, Language Files, Welcome, Tips, didn't remove WorldClock since I use it) and included just what I'm sure I'm not gonna update in a while (FileZ, SplashID, ZLauncher + Skin, ClockPop5).

I wonder if it's safe to remove Blazer and leave Xiino in RAM.

Yes, it's safe to remove Blazer. I don't know about putting Xiino in ROM, I've never tried; you can always give it a shot. No worries, as you can always reflash the ROM if it doesn't work; that's the beauty of grack's ROMtool .

Oh and let me warn everyone: DON'T put PDB's in ROM unless you know they are read-only (such as a ZLauncher skin)! If you do, the OS won't be able to write to them and you'll have some major problems with apps crashing and functioning improperly.

The ZLauncher skin is a PRC file (Ex: ZLT_AquawoodXP_Hi_64K.PRC). Same for Icons.

I'll try removing Blazer. Xiino in ROM doesn't work too well (lose preferences and stuff). Leaving it in RAM.

The attached keygen is supposed to work with most Skyscape medical software, although I have had no reason to try it. Note: it is an exe file.

Here is the link to the Skyscape site:

http://www.skyscape.com/index/home.aspx

Here is the keygen:
