Erase your Blackberry with WipeRo.exe

hai there , i have a problem with my bb 9300, suddenly the batery when wrong and when i open my bb it was written jvm 545. i try to solve the problem by updating the os but what happen is the bb desktop manager cannot connect to my device,could someone help me to solve this prob

p/s when i update the os it was stuck when trying to connect to jvm????

download JL_Cmder to remove the software. This will wipe your phone of all software. then connect it to desktop manager to re-download the software
