this 2610b ver. 2610b from Tmobile U.S that has a " contact retailer " every time I turn it on, This is my first tim to encounter this problem and I don't know what to do please help.

Mate! Try to full erase then flash write good pm then unlock.

No, that is not the solution. the solutuions is this co-tech told me to re-unlock again using JAF and that solved my problem...

..::Brother to first erase and again flash same version but use jaf box so unlock and write good pm so your proble solved::..
