under this link you can find always LATEST installer, when we realise new- we replace only file on this link.

im also new user just got cyclone reloaded did the first register box with enter seller details then after downloadin some firmware its failed with intermittent connected bootloader not connected in the connection status,with the box wizard displaying "establishing connection with box main firmware" ,then gives a popup "reconnect box & install drivers when asked & click ok when ready,,this continues connected bootloader classaic /not connected status untill following popup message is displayed "ERROR OCCURED FAILED TO LAUNCH BOX IN MAIN MODE main firmware wasnt flashed during this session.possible cause empty firmware damaged hardware(crystals) damaged security area drivers problem,os problem ect Servicetag was copied to clipboard"
Please any fixes for this brandnew box thats sofar unuseable
