Cant unlock 6630

Hello!

I am trying to unlock my 6630.

Unlock stops here:
(with Skip SP Read)
Code:
.......
RAP3Gv2_2nd.fg, Type: 2nd Boot Loader, Rev: 0.1.21.0, Algo: BB5
Flashbus Write baud set to 1.0Mbits
Flashbus Read baud set to 98Kbits
Exploiting - running preloader...
Preloader running OK, Running Custom Loader...
BB5 Unlock Failed -> Failed to Boot / Prepare Phone
Info tells me "Failed to read info -> Failed to read extended info" after some information but thats common for old phones like this i think.. (?)

What can i do?

This is my first box. I dont know much. Be nice please.

Thanks!

Thanks for your answer.
I have already deleted the loaders and i have made my self a pm-backup.
I still cant unlock the phone..
It does not show any information about locks (Common/Read info).
Shows some data but stops with "Failed to read info -> Failed to read extended info".

Do i need to have a TMA-adapter?

May be not needed.. if the mobile when restarted switches on like it is under battery yes.. you need a tool like tma to correct the BSI value..
if the mobile instead stay off, when the software look for the mobile press power on on the mobile and wait for it being in local or test mode then click on retry.

The phone is in local mode before i press unlock.
Some text go by and the screen goes blank.
I then get the message in my first post:
Code:
Preloader running OK, Running Custom Loader...
BB5 Unlock Failed -> Failed to Boot / Prepare Phone

No. It seems like the software communicates with the phone when the screen is blank too but then fails.

yeah.. you can't never know
It is a slow mobile and needs timeout timing longer (Normally to unlock the old mobiles I use a laptop P3 667 mhz) but if it doesn't give you any chance to interact is a quite weird..
Honest I can't give you any more suggestions apart trying using the TMA adapter and using a higher BSI value.
