try to update with box wizard always critical error! Install latest setup but i can t upgrade box always error !

I think will be good give here log from operation becsoue without this noone will give you correct answer.

Me too. im buy cyclone box reloaded 2 hr ago. cant update, critical error. i dont know serial N, this is absolutely new box. ????? help me pls! logs??? just critical error, no logs... cant connect server...

First when i double click on cyclone box shortcut i get :cant creat navifirm landing zone, please check application privileges !
Then i click on box wizard and i get this error boot agent didnt sent secure data Finished with critical error ????

If you use windows vista/7/8 need run software with admin right.

absolutely new box. never connect, never use. Windows XP SP3, start as admin. cant update.

I dont have 10 msg to send screenshot.

Just wain 1-2 hour. Im just registered now. I have this error, but now im sucsess registered and my box ready to work!

Those errors ?

First when i double click on cyclone box shortcut i get :cant creat navifirm landing zone, please check application privileges !
Then i click on box wizard and i get this error boot agent didnt sent secure data Finished with critical error ????

Create Landing Zone manually or run application as Administrator (right click and select Admin). Install all drivers for box. Wait 1-2 hour and start Box Wizard.

for win7 x32, Win XP
