box is not contenting
i try all
all drivers are 100% ok
can any one help me by team viewer

Started authenthication procedure at 11:31:14 AM
Authenthication error -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

i install 2-times software
but its still same issue
what to do
please help
i never ever issues with my box from last 3 years
