I disconnected and reconnect usb then open up application again and working perfectly! Try it and post result

I dont have ANY problem with my box all FW updates work good. Only have 1 problem with VBAT IC Switch ( bad solder problem, solved resoldering the IC ).

Im HAPPY with my Cyclone.

I have tried almost everything but still getting no connection mode problem;

I unistall everything related with cyclone; even the folder stored on c:\Program files\

My last tests:

Install everything but notice that when asking for installation drivers only once the drivers are searched and the second drivers never are ask for...

Look at the image attached just for some help.....
