I think your problem is here, is phone isn't detected by pc software can't detect it. You have to find the reason for which is not being detected. After you reconect phone with pc try to find in device manager if a device is detected somehow, or it is with a yellow sign besides its name. If you can't make windows to detect phone you won't be able to unlock it.

Yes, we detected this bug and other important in this version.
For unlock all HTC models, use V101R and will be succesfully.

In next hour will upload v104 that solve 3 bugs

- In some PCs soft not open properly
- Bug in HTC usb detection (your problem)
- Missed MEPs not detected in v103 (already fixed)
