IPAD 2 .. Voltage Jumping does not boot

Hi forum,

I have an ipad 2 32 gb. I have removed the ONE NAND on U1400 and put 16gb another NAND chip on U1400.

After this i have checked with USB power but PC does not detect the board. I have checked that on L8128 the voltage are not stable like ON / OFF / /ON / OFF .. in cycle.

I have removed the nand chip on U1400 but still the same issue. PC does not detect the board. Original nand chip still on board on U1410.

I am really confuse how to diagnose the problem.

I hope there is someone expert to teach me to rectify the problem.

I am trying to learn and this is my third board i make it dead.

Hi,

I have finally solved the problem. Ipad is working fine now.

It was U1400 removed but U1410 was on the board. Thats why the CPU tried to find the first NAND and try to boot but stop booting when U1400 was missing but U1410 was there.

REmoved the U1410, voltage jumping gone. Sold the NAND on U1400 and everything was OK.

Regards,
