Member: 2550509 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | To clarify this problem I would like to explain this problem a little bit further. This problem often is indicative of some sort of liquid damage. More often than not the damage is in the battery itself. Your first step is to carefully replace the battery which is very cheap through most any vendor. In our experience this is sometimes enough to get the iPhone back to working condition even without a restore. When the restore process is taking place a faulty battery will short out and interrupt the restore process. Sometimes the liquid damage enters directly through the charging port and may damage the port as well. If anyone is unable to fully repair your device please contact us for support.
