the jumper no right way, the camear working on 2.85V no 3.8-4.1V(battery). if done the jumper, take photo will be issues.

the jumper right way should be from NAND 3.0v.

****ing it with heat gun at around 100 degree, then you can remove the glue with knife slowly.
