I also would like to ask whether all iphone 3gs logicboard have the same schematic, asking this because this iphone at the back next to resistors R119, R120 and R121 there are some more components which are not listed in schema, what could this mean? There are different versions of 3gs LCD?

Here you go wites

Attachment 1: Different Resistors on Back Side (x10 zoom)
Attachment 2: How does the screen look when powered on
Attachment 3: LCD Connector 1
Attachment 4: L12 Inductor Changed
Attachment 5: Mainboard BackSide

This is a new bootrom mainboard. Does it need a different LCD maybe?
I also kept contact with the seller (who sold me this iphone) and told me that just before he packaged it he tested with his brand new LCD and it worked. Maybe he has a different version from mine?

Try unsolder 66.6K resistor and check without it.
I remember someone posted a board like your and he told there wasn't this resistor.
I don't think the problem is LCD,tell him to send that LCD to you.
Also how you attach photos directly to forum because it give me error when i try?

The LCD cannot send it the seller said he lost it for some reason, starting to think its fu*ked up

For images make sure each image is less than 200KB in size

But the 66.6K is there on both boards I am more worried about the other resistors marked in the photo previously I showed you

And which resistor are you referring to the 66.6k?

Iphone 4 'not charging'

I have a water damage iphone, first problem is that there is 0 Ohm between battery socket + and -, i think i don't have to say it turns on only on charger.

The second problem, a man in a service tried DFU and recovery but without the battery... It's stuck in revovery btw until the emergency call window showed up it said there is no IMEI and couldn't find any service.

How can i tell where is the short on the board? I put it on charger but every part was cold. This method works only with a source on the battery socket?
And the basebend problem is because of the battery or i have to repair the battery problem then the IMEI problem too?
Thanks!

In first photo you marked 2 filters are for light.

I mean without resistor from bottom near GND check with multimeter and unsolder it.

I tried to upload 3KB image same error.
I even ask some moderators no response.
I think it is disabled for me to upload photos, there also i read in FAQ that
a member can create Albums with Photos there must be link in User CP
but no such link available.
