My question is: is reflowing the next step and which components do I need to replace if nay?
You don't need reheat, there near of wifi remove gently GND cover and see which
components are beer damaged,or post a photo with gnd cover removed,my suggestion is to re solder liquid damaged components.

Hi.
i have iPhone4 permanently disabled. it says "iPhone is disabled connect to itunes" when i connect it to itunes, itunes says "unlock the phone first"
but on the phone there is no keypad to enter passcode, and in itunes it doesnt show iPhone`s icon. I tried to go to restore mode, but same it only gives me to restore option which will delete all my data.

I tried with iPhone browser but browser doesnt see my phone.

is there any way to get data (photos, videos) from my Disabled iPhone4???

Please Help. i will pay if somebody can help me !!!!
