Best of LUCK guys

Solution exists, re-ball the IC marked in the image attached. But guys be careful because there are several glued components on the other side of the PCB. Make sure to use shield cover for the CPU (A4) and adjust the SMD Rework station Temperature.

Remember* It a a nano BGA IC. First find a reballing stencil.

This is 100% working solution!!

Cheers,

Francis Rodrigues

the re-flow and re-balling of this ic done by someone with no uBGA expirience may not actually fix the problem but cause more issues.

it's a very sensitive task i recomend if you are a nubie do not attempt this.

in my experienced I think this is the hardware issue because even how many times we changed a good assembly the problem still exist.

I also tried to reheat this IC but no luck, probably reballing can help but it needs good timing and precision in removing this one.

I am solving this issue on daly basis. It is a underfilled smd IC, re-heat will not solve the issue. Re-balling is the only solution. Once I get time, will post a video of the complete process.

Cheers,

Francis Rodrigues

removing glued ic's is not an easy task, in my experienced out of 10 ic's removed only 3 or 4 are working after reballs.
Anyway, im hoping you can post ur videos here so that we can cement the possible solution for this one.

Best regards,
