Just saw an article about iPhone stuck in boot loop problem. Maybe it can help. And I think you almost use all the methods. I think the last two things you can try are using an iphone system recovery software or asking the Apple store to fix it.

To completely fix iPhone reboot loop, you are suggested to use TunesKit iOS System Recovery. What makes it differentiates from other programs is that it can fix this issue with the fastest speed while causing no data loss.
Or you can try to restore your iPhone via iTunes, but you had better back data up before because it takes risks in losing them all.
