It's quite simple:

1. Remove not working part and clean the PCB
2. Place working part and apply flux
3. Apply heat over it while protecting surrounding components by metal shields

As for temp. settings, You should try to get some datasheets for specific component to see what range is allowed.

This is eMMC Chip fault(if you sure about connection)
For 99.9% You need replace it
But Maybe fix by heating or maybe reball can help....

Check Power Connection(Battery or Power Supply) + USB Cable And TRY AGAIN

If Not Work:
Change Data Length to
0x0000 0000 4000.
Then write all 4 Step
