Please double checknthat you have copied file well.
Do not change file name or file extension otherwise software can not find the file.

Please update [BEST] configuration file with your IOS Username/Password.
You should use the same user/pass you are using for web account login.

If software freez this means your PC can not connect to BEST server, it means Internet problem or firewall/antivirus problem.

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !
