If you don't know how to get or what is your username & password, go to: How to Login and use Infinity Online Service (IOS) How to Download Nokia Flash Files from Infinity BEST Support: 1. Go to https://user.infinity-box.com/ 2. Login with your username & password:  3. Select Support & Downloads  4. Select Mirror  5. Click on flashfiles  6. Select your Model  7.
