I see your point, and I agree with the fact this box is quite useless.

I only keep it cause it gives good result on wave 3.

About customers phones, you'll have sometimes no other choice than flashing sets to unlock, you should prepare a speach to warn users.
Most of the time you won't face any objection, but you have to warn your customers.

Anyway there's not only one easy way to unlock phones, each brand has it's difficulties on some models, you can't just focus on sets on which you just click an unlock button.

im going to repair an imei of a Galaxy S II i9100; should i put the phone in download mode or shutdown?
At what phone status i should use the ls-box?
