this error comes when i work with Samsung mobiles
other brand oppo vivo mi working good
please tell me some solution

Check you connection
Try to use pull-up resistors

all connection is ok
i have attached two 100 Oms pull-up resistors 1.8v to cmd and data

this error comes when i work with Samsung

Try connect witout vcc and vccq connection, select hipower mode and connect usb power cable to phone

Try to use didderent VIO.
If ISP not work correctly - desolder chips and use sockets
