Member: 2028047 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | Hi Team, We understand that Z3x does not want to give full support to U-Sockets or E-Sockets adapters from other brands, when it comes to some kind of compatibility with Chips in general. Sometimes a common BGA-153 Model XX chip is read by original Z3x E-Socket and cannot be read by ICFRIEND (MOORC) E-Scket, due to some kind of incompatibility that we users are not aware! The question is because if the reading is with the same chip and you are the owners of all the extra adapters. What is the difference?; Are they construction errors? Factory errors? Miscalculation of the node map of the different chips? Or is it just plain bad luck? We would really like to know what is the problem of these adapters with some chip models among other brand adapters. If you can answer a few questions, I would greatly appreciate it; For example:: 1. In the E-Socket BGA-153, ChipXX, Pin A-3 (Data0) layout adapter, this node connects with Pin #12 of the 20PIN connector of Z3x, but the Pinout of the Z3x connector is a (NC)? But it works and you get chip reading! ![]() 2. In the E-Socket BGA-153, ChipXX, Pin M-5 layout adapter (according to the Z3x pinout is the CMD) in the original E-Socket Z3x, this node connects with Pin #8 of the Z3x 20PIN connector, but the Pinout of the Z3x connector is a (NC)? But it works and you get chip reading! ![]() Question! The pinout of the 20-pin connector of Z3x internally HAS function and connects internally in the box, even if the pinout says NON Connect (NC) on the external 20Pin of Z3x Box? ![]() |

as I said, Moorc is constantly reworking its sockets. if he had made everything work the first time, then he would not have had to redo anything later. but the Chinese love to make new versions. that's why he does it. | |
