AS I FOUND USE 9V ADOPTER FOR MORE STABLE PINOUT LITTLE FAST THAN WITHOUT 9V

UCAN WATCH TIMING 1.7V AND 1.9V

i checked...

problem is connector of mobile is not stable.......
anyway i solved his problem.. i show him read flash of Infineon and read info etc of MTK

you mtk phone connect is not stable !!
some time its detect VCC pin number 11
some time its detect VCC pin number 13 and 11
so thats why i asked you to check with any other MTK phone
you see when you was connect mobile well in infineon its detect fine
