this solution works for samsung note 4 N910T 5.1.1 with ok2 modem unlock
it will help after unlock phone phone locked

the trick its to downgrade the modem to nk4 via odin on phone selection
run the unlock process via nck sam tool others failed and reflash the ok2 modem back
