Win x86:
copy rimradiocomm.dll to c:\windows\system32, open admin command line in same folder, type "regsvr32 rimradiocomm.dll" without quotes.

Win x64:
copy rimradiocomm.dll to c:\windows\syswow64, open admin command line in same folder, type "regsvr32 rimradiocomm.dll" without quotes.
