Hello, my account in Chimera is vkr and i have this error when i try flash qualcomm on my lumia 800 DLOAD:
"TRIAL is already attach to this computer(username: soropee)"
But is impossible that is already attach my pc, because is the first time that i use Chimera and the pc is mine.

error message "An Exception occured......"

Hello Team

Just from today a while ago I start getting the below error message when I try to get information even I see my licence still is in good order!

User name is kaledkureshi

and here is the error mesage

" An exception occured while checking your licences(no information about your licences). Please contact the support team! "

Dear vindalis,

Problem was that you had multiple licences, but both of them were expired.
Now you have one expired licence, so it means you will not able to use ChimeraTool until you extend your licence.

I have Furious Gold ID: 8412f9fb.
before all ok now I meet this error and I never used other PC
please

You have a licence, but a different computer is attached to it. You can see your currently attached computers here. The 'Remaining time before detach' field shows when You can detach the current computer and change to this one.

Alternatively, buy more licences, so you can use more computers simultaneously.

As I checked, your licence has been expired already.
If you wish to use ChimeraTool further you have to renew your licence.

I'm trying to buy a license on your website and i can't check out. Freezes when you click "buy new" and sometimes it goes thru but then it freezes on the skrill website or gives an error on paypal site.
