software update failed 9810 - GSM-Forum

i get 2 phones software update 9810,9900. but 2 phones could not finished software. im using latest software, before i do sevaral phones its done.

yes,.. full charge battery

this phones i do with loader . nw phone working.

i get this error only chimera final update. previous updates all working fine.

i know anything problum this software, team will fixing quickly.
