Hi Stanner,
I was using my GCPro card for almost 2 years and all of sudden yesterday it showed something like "Session fail Card Locked". I have the latest update version installed v62 Jan. 22. When I try to unlock the card using the card update tool, I get the message below. By the way I have not made any changes to my pc recently, there's no spyware or any remote software installed at all, so I don't know what's caused this error. Hope you can help to try to fix it. Thanks!
