I unlocked My HTC_ONE_M7 from UK successfully,,,,But one set from Jappan not done...even i did S-OFF & Changed CID successfully but still no service where do i wrong ???

As to your question - your phone is HTV21, which will be supported in next release.

This issue of @sunshine4u, post #92 is same issue that have damaged one HTC one S, after S-OFF+Supercid phone Stuck in Logo....flashed other FW with success but always phone damaged...what happen???

Time ago i've thinked was only one my problem, but now seeing other HTC with same issue i'm a little worried....Phones was working 100% first of this S-OFF and Supercid...please ceck where's Bug becouse i've also changed Touch and ceck Hw side and is all ok.

I believe that sinshine4u wrote that he repaired phone stuck at logo by "super cid and flashing with RUU" ...

Ops sorry, my mystake reading speed...sorry but is that when i not get out of my shop only one phone NOT Repaired i'm angry...anyway all other are benn managed with success...only this cannot understand...

HTC One Max Sprint Unlock Done

solution HTC One Max SPRINT UNLOCK (only work with S-OFF)

1) go to the tab "SD mode editor" enable new sec (Security S-OFF).
2) click save to driver.
3) disable S-ON with cable Y and XTC2CLIP
4) once deactivated S-ON go to the tab "SPRINT"
5) Please connect phone in FASTBOOT (vol_down + pwr)
6) click GET SPC Code
7) when you have the SPC click OS
8) enable mode adb
9) go dial write ##3424#, select DM ON
10) click refresh, select port diag
11) click unlock
12) restart the phone

Trying to connect in Sprint mode...
Trying to connect on COM91
Checking server connection...
Communicating with the XTC 2 Clip ...
Connecting to the server...
Please wait, generating unlock hash...
Process finished SUCCESSFULLY
Please restart your phone for the changes to take effect
