Thanks. found a faulty capacitor near smps I removed it but it still show shorted. Is the smps damaged.

Possible but try reheat or reball it.

Did you check power button if good.
If you have short check for heating component.

My method for looking for shorted component without looking or removing coils in serie with IC's :
If you have comsumption above 0.30 A in DC Power Supply ,than check all IC's and componenents with touching them with your fingers until you find the heated one, so change it.

If your short is >10 ohms:
Power your PCB with Dc Power Supply and check for heated component or IC by touching them
If your short is< 10 ohms:
Power your PCB with Dc Power Supply with adding a resistor in serie and fix the comsumption to 0.40 A and check for heated component.When you find the heated one, change it.
