Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

Do you have any kind of sharing/trace/sniff/debug software installed and running ?

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with software ?
Do not use external file sharing servers. Attach fault.bin file here or send e-mail with file and problem info to:
help [at] infinity-box.com

file should be at PC where you have got a problem with dongle

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
