Your dongle has no problem so please follow the advice that you have got earlier.
If you have a problem with software you should create new thread and explain the problem in details.

What is your dongle support validity date ?
How to check - https://www.infinity-box.com/doc/?r=17

If support is expired please contact to any seller and renew support.
