Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

fault.bin file is in folder with CM2 software module that you have run last time.
Attach file here or send info and file via e-mail:

It was a software conflict with this app:usblistener.exe ; clevx usb monitor
please disable/uninstall it first and after that update dongle firmware with DongleManager
