Try to update it once again now.
But if problem still exists it means your smart-card has a HW problem. Your smart0card is from year 2007, it's 11 years old !

infinity dongle sm- software activation problem

i activate sm-software but is stil showing dongle with sm activation is not found
and my oders activation are woking fine and show that is activate completed
MY DONGLE SERIA NO IS DB5C9866 PLS solution from sadiqphoneclinic/tech

infinity dongle sm-activation is not woking and before i am using free but now i activated is showing dongle with sm-activation is not found and the dongle woking with all my activated software nomal is only sm-tool that i did last that is not woking my seria number
is DB5C9866 FROM SADIQPHONECLINIC THANKS

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
