You should never use "DITS CCID Smart Card Reader"and move it to TRASH !
Then insert smart-card into original Infinity hardware and update dongle firmware

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
