easy jtag error


z3x easy jtag error, Can't init device, Reason: CMD Timeout Error

i am using win 8 can it possible this error becoz of that

Please, disconnect everything from box output and try to detect eMMC.
If get same error, means box pcb soldering problem.

Please the teacher ,,, I am new user easy jtag ,,, I bought this box to fix hp oppo ,, but i have difficulty to use direct emmc always out read cmd eror ,,, what box is not support or there is problem? Its support chart that there is a pinout for oppo r1001 ...
