Use "load and temporarily unlock bootloader" option on new DC-phoenix https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoeni...ock-bootloader then flash it in fastboot. Semi automatic solution with less steps to do it coming soon.

Phone does not enter Upgrade mode. Even when pressing volume + and power

In phone, you got version 10.0.0.194 and you try to write to phone 9.1.0.317
