What is the proces, connect OFF phone to rj cable, (without smart moto) press unlock button to smart clip , press shortly power button on the phone

The importance is simple to have a working cable. It is very easy to build this cable. Just search this forum or even google to find the correct cable schematic.

I know how the unlock procedure works I allready unlocked a lot of c115, c116, .... with smart clip but j100 doesnt work when I press unlock button on clip yellow led goes on but when I press power on button on phone smart clip went off an swiches on in start mode (green and red led) I tried 3 different cabels all factory made but nothing

battery is full when I connect phone it wents on smart clip blinks and went of
I use 9v Net adapter

Now i have buy this cable for J100i

If i connect the J100i RJ45 cable to the Smart-clip, the Smart-Clip switches off, If i connect other Cable to the smart-clip
everything is OK, Only with the J100i Cable. I cant unlock it...

I use a universal Adapter with 7,5 , 9 , 12 V ,

More likely that the cable you have is faulty. Did you try to use another cable?

Yes i havebuy 2 cables one is this:

both cables are for the smart-clip and for j100i

Check the pinout of the cable here and compare it with the one you have.
The cable you have is defective.

Good cable all unlocking is OK E/G goes green, but after entering 00000000 'Incorrect pasword' message.

Any sugestion?
