Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware

you do not need to re-install windows.
you should read first post in current thread and fix your pc as per instruction for error #57.

I did the first post, but not working so I installed the new windown still no results
