The only way to know that - run software, read phone info and then see what options are available for your specific phone.

dongle firmware version is outdated

i have updated it same error please fix it Ur support team don't reply

I think now I know what is your issue with dongle 03CC707B

Support period for it was expired 2020-Jan-11
And you have got support extend for free for 2 months (as all other users) up to 2020-Mar-11

For today your dongle support period is expired

If you want to get latest firmware (v0143 for today) you can renew support
