Yor dongle was damaged with usb sharing tools.
To get it fixed use free repair method https://infinity-box.com/?r=100194

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use HDD Software|Hex Editor Neo|Hexframe at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do:

Update dongle firmware with Infinity DongleManager now to get it fixed



Next time DO NOT delete fault.bin file, it may be hard to fix the problem without the file.

i dont use same time Hex Editor Neo with Infinity software, but forget disconnect dongle, i have 3 dongle , waiting i upload seri, please hlep me unlock it , first time , i think smart card dongle erro, and buy new dongle, but then connect pc dongle view erro . big thank team support

Your dongle is damaged becase you use crack or debug tools.
