Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6 File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202 2. Run DongleManager 3. Update Dongle firmware OR 1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader. Good result for today gives Alcor Card-Reader. 2. Run DongleManager - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5 3. Update Dongle firmware Only ONE update try is allowed ! In case of problem DO NOT update card again ! | |

so you had wrong card connected to PC earlier. solution for "The smart card is not responding to a reset" is: Try to connect Dongle to another PC Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box If problem still exist: - Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader - Clean Smart-Card contacts - Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card - Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle. | |
