You must insert smart-card into another card-readed because DITS card-reader is a rubbish

After that you should disable your PC Firewall and Antivirus and try again.
Also you may try with VPN - https://www.vpngate.net/en/

MY Card cm2 stopped working after I updated for 2 years I bought a new card with one year validity is it possible to add the 2 years in my new card
