when i run the huabox i tick infnity smart-card and then program shows popup smart card failure I(4)

This means you are making something wrong.
You can update dongle firmware now and run Hua again.
In case of any problem you should contact to Hua supporters. Do you know Hua support forum location ?

what type of dongles that fit better with hua, I tried almost everything for almost 2 years from now and it didn't succeed, activated it and never worked with it

I got this error smart card failure I(4) , when i use Hua Box Software

Infinity prog works fine.
