after install fix 2 version of hua team smartcard error 9 problem was solved

How to fix Hua SMART CARD FAILURE 9:
- DO NOT update Infinity Dongle with Infinity DongleManager
- just install fixed Hua software

If you have the same problem again you should ask hua supporters how to install and work with hua software.
As soon as you will get an instruction from hua you can post results there and ask about dongle update (if need)
