I think we need some notes regarding mobile hardware

initially we should note regarding the common faults such as mic, speaker, ringer etc.

As the procedure to measure positive prod of multimeter to ground and negative prod to a target point in a ohms range or buzzer range.

In a good and running set we would measure the value of mic point, speaker point, ringer point, lcd point etc, according to the model and make and note it on a fair.

In regarding to fault such as ringer from board in a set we mesure it and match it from our note and if singl or both the point differ from out note than it might be faulty from that track we should check it from first point to the last.

If we follow these rules than the faults from board would be much more easy.

Note: The value we have noted in our fair, would differ littlebit, our measurement is in approximate value.

As per as i have seen it differ from climate.

For example you will find the difference in measurement in Normal Room Temperature, and Air Conditioned Room.

you cannot check clock signal by this method this is only to check continuity.
If you use wrong meter ( with low input impadance ) you can easily damage your phone.

I think you are talking about the carrier signal and you hasn't read the total post this measurement is totally based on reverse bias.
